the nineteenth century.

sponsored health insurance provided full Acupuncture cover for
patients of registered Western Medical practitioners.

- During the 1980's, the Alternative
Medicines, such as TCM, Naturopathy, Hoemopathy, Chiropractor and
Osteopathy developed very well in Australia as a complementary to a
Orthodox Medicine.

- Since the 1990's,
the Australia Government -
accredited university degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine were
offered in Melbourne University of Technology,
Monash University, UTS, University of
Sydney and University of Western Sydney.
